Lily Xia

Lily Xia is the founder of Value Chain Asia Pacific in Singapore. A senior partner in international supply chains, she designs customised "0 to 1" solutions for companies expanding into Southeast Asia.

She holds an MBA from the University of South Australia and a bachelor's degree in economics, majoring in international finance, from a leading Project 211 university in China, as well as financial management qualifications from ACCA and CIMA.

She knows Southeast Asia's business environment and regulations well and has long focused on helping companies expand into Singapore. She has helped a number of well-known companies, including listed companies and unicorns, set up in Singapore, and has provided many high-net-worth clients with one-stop services covering overseas residency planning, asset allocation and children's education.

She focuses on business development and investment for Chinese consumer brands and on operations for Chinese companies expanding into Southeast Asia, and has built up a wealth of hands-on cases and experience.

Over 20 years in China she has built core business strengths: integrating brand resources in China and overseas; deep knowledge of the global e-commerce ecosystem, the major e-commerce platforms and all types of offline channels in China; and a thorough understanding of cross-border trade models and project execution.

She has served in senior management at 2 Fortune Global 500 companies and 5 leading Chinese internet companies, as head of international supply chain business at a large state-owned enterprise, and as head of international business at an international venture capital platform.
